It is a lovely thing to name in a card even when the arrangement itself is something else entirely — tell us the year and we will work the flower in somewhere.
A dozen goes out same-day. Fifty, a hundred, or a specific colour we do not hold that week needs twenty-four hours so we can bring the stems in properly rather than substituting on the spot. If you want a hundred red roses on a Saturday, Thursday is the call to make.
